CONAB’s latest report shows Brazil’s 2025/26 soybean harvest is nearly complete at 99.7% as of May 29—up from 99.0% weekly and above the 5-year average (98.8%), though slightly below last year’s 99.8%. Reflecting strong performance, CONAB raised its output forecast to a record 180.13 million metric tons (+5.0% YoY), driven by expanded planted area (48.72 million ha, +2.9% YoY) and higher yield (3,698 kg/ha, +2.1% YoY). This marks a 978,000-ton upward revision from its prior estimate.
