Analysis on PVC production: In July 2023, the domestic PVC production was 1.9094 million tons, an increase of 8.74% month on month and a decrease of 0.47% year on year. The cumulative production from January to July was 13.0136 million tons. In July, the production based on the calcium carbide method was 1.3891 million tons, an increase of 8.27% month on month and a decrease of 7.64% year on year, with a cumulative decrease of 7.90% year on year. The production based on the ethylene method was 0.5203 million tons, an increase of 12.26% month on month and 26.16% year on year, with a cumulative increase of 25.27% year on year.
