Starting April 1, 2021, Te Nuo will increase the price of TiONA titanium dioxide products by $200 per tonne for the Asia Pacific region due to strong demand and ongoing supply chain challenges. Demand for TiO2 is outpacing typical seasonal trends, with significant lead times caused by vessel and container shortages.
Effective April 1, 2021, the price of all TiONA titanium dioxide products sold by Te Nuo to the Asia Pacific region will increase by US$200 per tonne.
Demand for TiO2 remains very strong and continues to grow, with a continued recovery in all products, end markets and regions. Demand has greatly exceeded normal seasonal patterns. Significant lead times remain in effect due to vessel and container shortages.
