In September 2021, domestic PVC production reached 1,592,100 tons, marking a 14.38% decline from August and a 6.14% drop from the previous year. The cumulative production from January to September stands at 16,866,500 tons. Additionally, the PVC startup rate decreased to 71.72%, down 12.04% from July and 5.97% year-on-year.
