Can waste PVC plastic be recycled?

 PVC is one of the five general synthetic resins in synthetic materials, and its output ranks second only to polyethylene. At present, China's PVC soft products account for 45% and hard products for 55%, of which the consumption ratio of hard products is increasing year by year. PVC is one of the most widely used plastics in the world. It is widely used in the construction industry, packaging materials, household necessities and automobile industry.
