On August 15, Guolian Co., Ltd. executives—including Wang Ting (Director & SVP), Ji Jingjing (VP & CEO of Liangyou Duoduo), and Luo Lingling (Industry Development President & VP of Liangyou Duoduo)—visited Xinjiang Guoxing Agricultural Development Group. They met with senior officials from the Sixth Division Wujiaqu Municipal Party Committee and Xinjiang SASAC, who highlighted Guoxing’s strategic focus on cottonseed deep-processing and digital agriculture. Both parties signed a cooperation memorandum to jointly advance digital transformation, integrate technological innovation with market expansion, and enhance end-to-end efficiency across planting, processing, and trading—aiming to establish a benchmark for digital agriculture in Western China.

On August 15, Wang Ting, Director/Senior Vice President of Guolian Co., Ltd., Ji Jingjing, Vice President of Guolian Co., Ltd./CEO of Liangyou Duoduo, and Luo Lingling, President of Industrial Development of Guolian Co., Ltd./Vice President of Liangyou Duoduo, visited Xinjiang Guoxing Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Guoxing Group") with their team. They were warmly received by Liu Penghui, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Political Commissar of the Sixth Division Wujiaqu City, and Pu Gaopeng, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Finance Bureau, Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, among other leaders, and held talks.

At the meeting, Pu Gaopeng gave a detailed introduction to the strategic layout of Xinjiang Guoxing Group. As a key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in the autonomous region, they look forward to joining hands with Guolian Co., Ltd. to achieve breakthroughs in fields such as cottonseed deep processing and digital agriculture, and to jointly explore new paths for high-quality development of the agricultural industry.

Wang Ting stated that as a leading enterprise in the industrial internet, Guolian Co., Ltd. has unique advantages in B2B transactions of agricultural products and in reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the industrial chain. In the future, they will work with Guoxing Group to promote in-depth cooperation in related industries and help build a benchmark for agricultural digitalization in the western region.

After the meeting, Liangyou Duoduo and Xinjiang Guoxing Agricultural Development Group signed a letter of intent for cooperation. Both parties will rely on the resources of the Duoduo platform to optimize the allocation of resources across the entire chain from planting, processing to trade by integrating digital and deep processing technology innovation and market channel expansion, systematically enhancing industry resilience and operational efficiency.
