In Nov. and Dec, market participants are mostly bearish on the market outlook, and the price of titanium dioxide in the later period may be adjusted in a narrow range; the titanium dioxide market has maintained a high level in the past three months, with an average monthly operating rate of 86%. However, affected by the market, some titanium dioxide manufacturers will carry out annual inspection from November to December, and the maintenance time will be about 20 days; However, the production capacity of the market in the early stage has been released one after another, and the market will also have new production capacity put into production, and the market supply may show an increasing trend in the later stage, and the supply and demand game of the titanium dioxide market.
